Delivery & Returns
Non-personalised orders are usually dispatched within 2 -3 working days of the order being placed (though this may extend to 5 working days during holiday periods). Personalised orders (or mixed orders containing these items) will be dispatched within 2 weeks of the order being placed. In quieter periods the dispatch time is quicker, if your item is date critical please contact us for current lead times.
Orders are usually dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class post, or a courier, and typically take 3 days to arrive within UK mainland. Postage costs quoted on the site are for UK mainland only. Customers requiring international post may choose to order, but the items will not be dispatched until an additional p&p fee has been paid. International customers should contact us prior to placing an order so a quote for shipping can be provided.
If you want to return an item, simply email us at email@example.com or call us on 07966 139630 indicating which item(s) and the number of items to be returned, your reason for returning the item(s), and whether you are seeking a replacement, alternative or refund. We also ask you to give us a daytime contact telephone number.
- Returns on Personalised Products. Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, we cannot accept Returns on 'Personalised' items, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input and personalisation details.
- Returns on Non-Personalised Products. Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, we can only accept Returns on 'Non-Personalised' items if you contact us in 14 days from the received date.
- Lost in Transit if Product Returned. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the items to us we recommend sending the packages by Recorded/Special delivery.
